Welcome to Card Wallet: Credit & Debit ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your sensitive personal, financial, and card information remains 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles, stores, and protects your information when you use Card Wallet: Credit & Debit (the "App").

1. 🛡️ 100% Local & Encrypted Storage (Zero Cloud Storage)

The primary core value of Card Wallet: Credit & Debit is your privacy. All personal and financial data you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your local device.

  • Local Encryption: Your credit cards, debit cards, card numbers, CVV, expiry dates, ATM PINs, bank account details, passwords, and vault documents are encrypted locally using hardware-backed AES-256 GCM encryption.
  • No Remote Servers: We do NOT operate any external cloud servers to collect, upload, store, or transmit your card numbers, passwords, personal records, or attached documents.
  • Master Keys: Your encryption keys are stored inside your device's Android Keystore and never leave your phone.

🔒 100% Offline Privacy: Zero credit card numbers, passwords, or personal documents are ever uploaded to any remote server or third-party cloud.

2. 📋 Information Collected and Used

A. Information You Enter in the App (Local Only)

  • Card Details: Card name, card number, cardholder name, expiry date, CVV, ATM PIN, bank name, account number/IBAN, IFSC/routing code, customer ID, registered phone/email, and blocking helpline numbers.
  • Bills & Receipts: Expense amounts, purchase dates, warranty expiration dates, merchant names, invoice numbers, and attached photos/PDFs.
  • Passwords: Usernames, account names, and passwords.
  • Vault Documents: ID cards, vehicle RC records, medical information, Wi-Fi passwords, subscription details, and travel passes.

B. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

To support the free availability of the App, deliver push notifications, and monitor app performance, the App integrates standard Google SDKs:

  • Google AdMob (Advertising): Serves advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, Native, App Open Ads). AdMob may collect anonymous device identifiers (Advertising ID / Ad ID), IP address, and coarse location for ad serving and fraud prevention. Google AdMob Privacy Policy

3. 🔑 App Permissions Required

The App requests the following permissions strictly for functionality:

  • CAMERA: Requested only when you capture photo attachments of cards, bills, or documents inside the App.
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Requested on Android 13+ to send push notifications and payment reminders.
  • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required for Google AdMob advertising, Firebase Analytics, and Push Notifications.
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Used by AdMob for advertising attribution.

4. 🔒 Local Security & App Lock

  • Biometric & PIN Lock: The App provides an optional App Lock feature using Android's native Fingerprint, Face ID, or Device PIN. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by the Android Operating System; the App never sees or stores your biometric data.
  • ZIP Backup & Restore: You can export an encrypted .zip backup package to your local storage or Google Drive and restore it anytime. You retain full control over your backup files.

5. 🧒 Children's Privacy

Our App does not address or target anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.

6. 🗑️ Data Retention and Deletion

  • Since all your data resides on your device, you have full control over it.
  • You can modify or delete any card, password, or vault record directly within the App at any time.
  • Uninstalling the App or clearing the App data via Android Settings will permanently remove all stored cards, passwords, and documents from your device.
